A List of Affirmations
Helps You Follow Your Heart

List of Affirmations

A list of affirmations is useful in helping you to identify the key areas that you want to transform in your life.

It can also act as a reminder for you to use your affirmations on a very regular basis. Whether you make a list of your affirmations and carry it with you, post copies around your home and workplace, or use your list as a screen-saver, your list of affirmations should be a treasured possession.

Affirmations can be created to instill positive beliefs and dissolve negative thinking in any area. They are powerful both in changing our thinking, and also in acting as a magnet to the things and people that we want in our lives.

Very often, the reason that we don’t have all of the good things we want in our lives, is because we don’t believe that we can have them.

Changing these beliefs can bring us closer to our dreams and goals quickly and effectively.

To help you in creating your own list of affirmations, here are some very common limiting beliefs, and some powerful affirmations to replace them with.

Negative Beliefs- I don’t deserve to be happy. It is impossible for me to be happy. Life is difficult and happiness is hard to find.

Replace these with:

• I allow myself to be happy.

• I deserve to be happy.

• Everything I do brings happiness to me and those around me.

• I know that happiness is a choice, and I am choosing to be happy.

• I choose to do the things that make me happy.

• I am creating a life of happiness and fulfillment.

Negative Beliefs- I am not lovable. I don’t deserve to be loved or to be treated well. I am incapable of having a healthy relationship. I will never meet my soul mate. It is impossible for me to have the love I crave.

Replace these with:

• I am a loving person who is worthy of love.

• I give and receive love freely and naturally in all aspects of my life.

• I love myself and accept myself totally.

• I am now creating loving relationships with people who love me.

• The universe is bringing the perfect partner to me.

• I am attracting love and happiness into every aspect of my life.

• I allow myself to be loved.

Negative Beliefs- I am trapped in a career that is boring and unfulfilling. I can’t be successful. It is impossible for me to do work that I love and make money doing it. Success is difficult. I don’t deserve to be successful.

Replace these with:

• I deserve to be successful.

• I am easily and effortlessly creating a successful career that honors my highest qualities and benefits others.

• I am becoming more and more successful day by day.

• In an easy and relaxed manner, I am creating my perfect career.

• I am challenged and fulfilled in my work and my life.

• I am confidently following my heart and fulfilling my purpose.

• I am respected and rewarded in my chosen career.

• The perfect career opportunities are opening up.

These are just a few of the limiting beliefs that many of us have and need to let go of, but these will help get you started in thinking about what your list of affirmations needs to contain.

Words are the most powerful tool known to humankind. They can bring pain or happiness, war or peace. Make sure that the words you tell yourself are helping you follow your dreams and your heart.
