Daily Affirmations Can Make Your Dreams Come True
Using daily affirmations is one of the fastest, easiest and most effective ways to heal emotional difficulties, increase positive power, and reach your goals and desires. Positive affirmations have amazing power to dissolve negative energy, eliminate negative thinking, and create positive beliefs. Affirmations also have the ability to attract or magnetize the things that you want in your life. By focusing on a particular area that you would like to improve in your life, and using daily affirmations, you can begin to see results fast. The first thing that you should notice is the subtle shift of energy that occurs when you go from believing that something is out of your reach, to accepting that it could be possible.
This positive surge of energy increases with the repeated and consistent use of affirmations, and builds to the stage where you can actually feel and see your desires beginning to manifest. From an original mindset of fear and doubt, you reach a mindset of confidence and trust. One of the keys to making affirmations work is persistence. Making a positive statement one day, even if you repeat it 100 times, and then allowing your mind to drift back to negative self-talk the following day will not create results. That is why daily affirmations are so powerful. Regular and constant repetition allows the statement to become a part of your belief system, and creates a positive and powerful energy. Like a cell phone, this energy needs to be frequently recharged, or it will lose its strength. Even once you have truly come to believe the affirmation that you are using, and it has created its desired affects in your life, keep affirming. This maintains both your belief in your new reality, and your magnetism to that reality.
Daily affirmations are used in much the same way as a physical fitness program. Initially, you are creating the standard of fitness, or magnetism that you desire, and when you have reached that level you continue working out, or affirming, to maintain the level. Creating a positive habit, like exercising and using affirmations, makes these things a part of your life. Once you become used to doing something on a daily basis, you find that it is easier to remember and include that activity. It becomes an essential part of your routine, and if you skip it, you feel that something is amiss. Being the creatures of habit that we are, forming healthy habits can help to avoid unhealthy habits. An hour spent exercising can mean an hour spent away from the television, and the snacks that often go with watching. Time spent repeating affirmations forces you to stop the negative chatter that fills most of our minds, much of the time. Whatever it is that you want to create in your life, whether it is a satisfying career, a healthy relationship, increased creativity, emotional freedom, or greater abundance, using daily affirmations can make your dreams a reality.
